| Terms and Conditions: |
| 1. I wish to confirm that my child will attend Kidbrooke Learning Centre classes regularly. |
| 2. On enrolling, I agree to pay a non-refundable registration fee of £20. |
| 3. I agree to pay class fees one week in advance and make sure that I am always one week in credit. |
| 4. I agree that I will pay each week, including all unattended classes. |
| 5. Please understand that under no circumstances is this negotiable. |
| 6. If my child is unable to attend, I will inform the administrator by text message (079 0478 8218) or email (info@kidbrookelc.com) by 6pm on Friday to ensure that a test paper will be kept to collect the following week. |
| 7. I understand that failure to pay will result in my child being withdrawn from the class. |
| 8. If I decided to withdraw my child from classes, I will provide a minimum of two weeks notice by text or email. Please note that we do not offer a refund or allow the patents to cancel the classes without two weeks notice. |
| 9. Your personal data will at all times be processed fairly and lawfully in accordance with the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation 2018. We also want to assure you that we take your privacy very seriously and treat all personal information with respect. Please check our website www.kidbrookelc.com for our Privacy Policy. |
| The tuition centre reserves the right to change the above Terms & Conditions as and when the need arises. One month’s notice will be given in writing for any changes. |
